Beaver Scout Sleepover

Jul
01

The 1st Southport Beaver Colony spent Saturday night having a sleepover at their HQ. They spent the first part of the evening walking round the new boardwalk area in Ainsdale Nature reserve and discovered thousands of baby frogs in the lake. Then it was back to the hq for more activities and to set up all the pop up tents inside the main hall and settle down to sleep. This was a good introduction to camping for lots of the Beaver Scouts who were spending their first night away from home.
